Office Manager/Front Desk/Assistant to the president


Positive attitude, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, but very friendly environment. Mac experience.

General responsibilities include:

-providing admin support to the president

-answering phones

-office inventory and supply orders

-general office organization tasks

-handling packages/messengers/mail

-typing invoices, proposals, etc.

-maintaining client database

-help organize office parties (birthdays, etc)

-keeping the kitchen area tidy: light wiping, some removal of trash in between office cleanings

Hours: 9-6
Our ideal candidate is organized, efficient, able to multi-task and prioritize accordingly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must. Willing to jump in and assist with special projects when possible, from research to shopping and errands. Flexibility, a positive attitude and an open mind are all required. Ability to anticipate needs, with great follow-through.
