HitchSwitch, the popular name-changing website and preferred partner of The Knot, received a brand-changing makeover after SJI helped them launch a new consumer campaign targeting newlyweds and soon-to-be-weds.
Using the playful visual metaphor of fingers coming together, an engaging campaign was created, emphasizing ease of use. Ads ran in print and online.
The brand concept was incorporated into the website, as part of a comprehensive online marketing strategy to better position the HitchSwitch service to clients.
Since we launched our new website (with SJI’s assistance and guidance) we have had our two highest grossing months in our three year history. Our overall statistics have been off the charts: our conversion rate has quadrupled, and our bounce rate has decreased by almost 20%.
