SJI Associates is seeking an experienced Key Art Designer / Senior Designer to join our team. Freelance and full time available. This position is remote or in-office.
Responsibilities
Work within a team of Art Directors and Designers to create high impact key art and streaming platform artwork. Contribute to a collaborative, creative and engaging work environment. Candidates should be well versed in design principles for both print and digital deliverables, including:
- Key Art concepts and design
- Digital Production of Streaming Platform Assets
- Logo and Identity Projects
- Brand Style Guides
Qualifications
- 7+ years agency experience, background in entertainment design preferred
- Energetic attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional work
- Team player with a willingness to learn from others as well as share their own knowledge
- A love of entertainment design
- Excellent communicator, able to work well with an Art Director
- Strong Portfolio demonstrating the ability to work on similar projects required to apply
- Ability to create key art and other design projects from conception to completion
- Ability to elevate available imagery to create a premium, contemporary look
- Love of typography and the ability to create custom type solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with a high volume of design projects requiring quick turnaround
Technical
- Expert in Adobe creative suite, especially Photoshop
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
Bonus points
- Experience producing streaming platform assets
- Comfortable communicating with clients during project execution
- Illustration experience
- Interactive and digital banner ad experience
